At Houseofsaffron Inc, we are committed to quality. However in case you are not satisfied with the product you can request return and refund.

Conditions-

Claims can be made within 2days of delivery.

Not more than 1% of the product should have been used.

We accept products with original packing.

Steps-

Within 2days of delivery contact us via Call/WhatsApp +91-7837960422 or email- contact@houseofsaffron.com mentioning the issue you faced with the product.

Once return is approved customer will send back the product to the address shared with you. Customer will courier and pay the return shipping charges which are reimbursed along with the product price. Return approval takes maximum 1 business day.

After receiving back the product we check and if all ok we will issue refund to the original payment method within 2days. We reimburse return shipping charges.
